I developed this software some years ago to facilitate data entry of cuneiform texts in transliteration and Unicode. I’m happy to provide it here free of charge.

Mac

Here are the Mac options. Recently, I was able to instal them, but only the cuneiform input method worked; I haven’t had time to play with the transliteration software but shall do so soon and repost once I’ve found the problem.

Windows

Here are the Windows options.

The Keyman file is quite old (version 8.0), but as of a September 2021 it still worked fine on Windows 10. When I have time I may upgrade it to the current Keyman.

Note that the installer will tell you about a free trial period, however, the software has since become free to use, so don’t worry about that; just go ahead and instal it.
